Riverruns Gen II rotary tying vise w/ toolset

Used one season. Works great and clamps onto surfaces of varying thickness. Tied everything from sz16-2/0 no problem. Upgraded my vice but this is a solid starter kit. Has minor superficial scuffs, etc shown in pics.

Comes with a travel pouch and a basic fly tying toolset.
