Practically brand new in mint condition has the inscription of Sandy Wagner on it. I’m pretty sure Sandy never finished this rod ever. The nickel could use a good polishing, but there are no defects. Comes with a R. L. Winston new regeneration rod tube. The Rod side is practically brand new, which Leads me to believe it was never fished. Good
